I ordered two UPS units. They arrived in old cases, not the ones shown on the website, and without jumpers. One was sealed in plastic, the other was just in a bag and broken with cracks in the case in several places, with gaps of 5 mm at the joints of the case. It feels like they sent old, unused junk from the warehouse. It's a shame, because I've bought several dozen UPS units and voltage relays from this store.
