But they make things that are useless; every day I buy less on Aliexpress. It's time, and they don't know that the customer base varies and they can't make returns. Yet, they still ask for it so they don't have to issue a refund. Simply put, if a product doesn't work, you pay for it and that's it! It used to be like that... now it's a shame. I imagine they are being taken advantage of, but I am not just any customer; it has been thousands of dollars, and I have counted the number of times I have requested a refund, which has become more frequent lately since they are really going downhill. The product itself has a short circuit in the switch, so sometimes it blows but usually it doesn't turn on. I'm not saying it's good or bad, or very expensive or cheap, it simply doesn't work... that it costs 7 dollars is fine, but the fact that it doesn't turn on is not a justification.

The item is terrible, it arrived in bad condition and yet I have to keep an item that is useless, it's garbage. It's a shame that this website no longer listens to its customers. Look at everything I bought and this item is crap 💩. I'm already annoyed with AliExpress customer service because they don't agree with me. How can I prove that this is useless? What else should I do? I won't buy from this seller again.

Although its switch mechanism works, you have to hold the button for it to function, as it must make good contact. This makes its autonomous operation difficult. A shame.

Satisfied with the price-performance ratio I used it together with a cooling pad and I can feel that the temperature has dropped compared to before use.
