the watch movement shakes around inside the case making noise i don’t think it’s water proof as the crown is very loose and when I press against it and shake the watch, it doesn’t make it sound

Perfect delivery, very nice packaging. The watch does not keep time correctly. I tried to adjust it by watching tutorials online, but it still lags by several hours and freezes at night.

The watch is specified to be "Fully Automatic". However as the picture and video shows, the roter barely moves and it does not properly wind using the roter. I wore the watch yesterday on my left arm and walked over 10,000 steps, but noticed the watch had stopped when I woke up this morning. This is when I suspected issues with roters. The watch does wind manually using the crown, so the "Fully Automatic" rotor is the issue on the watch I received.
