This fidget toy is small, light, quiet and portable. It is a visual toy which requires you looking at it. Maybe not useful if you have to watch a presentation, movie or lesson. The best use is if you only have to listen (for example an audiobook) and focus. Then you play with this thing and it’s almost hypnotizing. It did help me listen better. My only concern is longevity because it seems a bit fragile.

It's a cool gadget, the main thing is that it's not noisy! It's nice to hold in your hands and use it for something... received it 14 days after ordering.
