I bought this frying pot because the concept sounded great, but the design is completely flawed. After frying, you’re supposed to place the cooked food on top of the lid so the excess oil can drip back into the pot. Instead, the opposite happens — the oil leaks outward and drips all over the counter. It’s messy, wasteful, and frankly unsafe when dealing with hot oil. The product simply doesn’t function the way it’s advertised. I do not recommend it.
