Return Policy:

1.We do not accept returns for custom dresses in size or dresses with any changes requested. <br>
2.For regular sized dresses with no changes, please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.<br>
3.We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong custom made measurements you provided or standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is canceled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.<br>
