Really great value for money. Apart from not being able to see the temperature when it's not heating up and the temperature control button being a bit flimsy, it's a great value for money.

Fast heating. Good construction and finish. Lightweight and sturdy in just the right way. Tip: to set the desired temperature, plug it in and then turn the knob to the desired temperature, without pressing the on/off button beforehand.

Shipment was clearly damaged when I received it and the spout of the kettle leaks out the bottom. This product is completely unusable and I would like a replacement.

I am satisfied with the product itself; the water flow is not difficult, there is temperature control, and the water boils quickly. The finish is not great; mine has a bit of a problem with the wheel, but they told me to just use it as is.

Moderate size, the appearance at first glance is good. The lid isn't big, but the dent is disappointing. I don't know if the product's quality control was not carried out properly; it's clearly visible to the naked eye, and the dented areas are uncomfortable even when touched by hand. We do not process returns or refunds. The function is working normally...
