DEWALT DCF922 20V Compact Impact Wrench Brushless Motor Professional Tool For Truck Repair And Assembly

arrived broken. took unit apart & discovered the planetary ring gear fell from position. reattached and greased everything up and all is well now. I don't expect the best quality of tools for what I paid but at least verify product functionality before shipping from factory, distributor, etc...it's not your customer's responsibility to fix product what should be brand new, unless if it's heavy discounted!

shipping and delivery were fantastic however the tool seems very week, struggles to loosen a lug nut on a full battery , not impressed !

It arrived in good condition, I installed a battery and it works very well, excellent torque. But the next day it didn't work anymore. I thought it was the battery, so I replaced it with another one, but nothing happened. There's a fault in the speed selector; when you hold it down it works, but if you stop pressing it, it stops working.
