Not usable. Way too big. Definitely NOT for a wrist. Large ankles might fit.

Super belts, very well made with well-stitched seams and metal buckles coated with good black paint. I hope the belt will last a long time!

Super good product, feels high quality and does not deform when used. Very good. Just consider adding 2 pieces to the cart if you want for both hands or legs at the same time.
