the watch came from China in 12 days. to me that is very acceptable. it feels comfortable on the wrist. it looks like high quality. the watch fingers are easy to read and are glowing in the dark. the watch band fits exactly but for a smaller wrist a tool is included to make it shorter. while no setup instructions are included, a quick Google search explained how to adjust the watch. 2 step knob works very well. this is a great simple but very elegant watch that is a nice contrast to all the multi function smart watches out there. I recommend it .
