The item is quite average; it doesn't stay in place, and some parts seem to correspond to one size while others to another. It does not come with reinforcements as shown in the photo; the thickness is provided by the velcro itself. No rods, no rigid support. Every time my dog crouches down to do its business, I have to put everything back in its place. The back straps are very short and I had to sew a little more velcro on myself. The torso girdle, on the other hand, fits perfectly; it's as if some parts are size M and others are size L. I feel deceived, as it is presented as a solution to a condition and in reality it may actually end up aggravating it. For the price, I don't think the consumer should be forced to fix the product; little ethics when it comes to a product intended for your pet's health. I've been using it for a little over 20 days and it seems like it's been around for months; the elastics on the straps are already giving way due to the need to constantly adjust them.
