The whistle with water is really a beautiful sound. However, the water can easily pour out from the mouthpiece (where u pour in the water). So technically toddler or some kids will spill water accidentally when playing with it. The whistle still works without water , but as a normal any other kind of whistle sound.

This cute little noise maker has won my grandkids over! It's hand sized, colorful, light weight and loud....everything a child loves. I definitely recommend it.

I got 4 of these bird whistles. I watched my entire family fight for time to play with them because they are sooo fun. Definitely worth buying them!
