l'oggetto è arrivato con una velocità sorprendente, indossarlo per un uomo Forse è più difficile che per una donna, ma basta farci l'abitudine.

I ordered the highest increase and it fits perfectly in my boots, I can walk quite normally, and I can ride my bike. it does not show and I feel confident

It's a true memory foam kind of material and not just plain foam, which I prefer to the gel type insoles. The foam layer is pretty thin, but I have been walking for hours and it feels fine. nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure why anyone would expect a $3 to be ultra comfortable, especially if you get anything taller than 2cm. but for something so inexpensive, when the foam goes flat, just buy a new one anyways. the material and make of this won't last more than a year anyways. photo is the 2cm. there's guidelines to follow where to cut like any other insole. anything taller (if it isnt going into boots or high tops) will make you slip out of your shoe. be realistic.
