This was really easy to install. It took about 2 minutes. I put the cut ends behind the hinge where I can’t see them. For the price, I didn’t think they would work very well. We had a lot of rain the day I put this on and could see a lot of water on the inside. After installing this, I drove around in the rain and when I got home it was completely dry inside the gas cap door. Since then, I’ve tried going through the car wash and it still didn’t leak. Works perfectly! I’d suggest buying this.
