Case feels nice in the hand and gives good protection to phone. Very very difficult to get the card out. It should have been a cutout in the bottom to be able to give it a push out.

I ordered the wrong model by mistake and threw it away. I ordered the 13 mini for my phone. The plastic is hard and NOT pleasantly slippery!
