As a long term buyer on AliExpress the first time I did not receive the item, delivery company shows delivered but I did not receive it , proof shows only a picture of the parcel does not show where was left and who received it. AliExpress customer service contacted and not accepted my complaint, appeal waiting again for solution, delivery company contacted also. waiting for refund so I can buy again the jacket.

I expected a raincoat not a synthetic. Material is not waterproof at all and the sizing is all wrong. It is far too big and I am totalling unsatisfied
