The Medium is HUGE. I am 36” busy, 30” waist, 150lbs and it’s way too big. I missed the window to return so keep that in mind when ordering. The sleeves are also very long. Otherwise, it def looks like PVC (not leather) and has a slight smell that will go away I’m sure.
