the quality are good but in reality, the earplugs are very small and are not suitable for me, they do not isolate noise well.

I'll be very honest: i don't buy these to use them as such, because i find the back part (the green but) to be incredibly hard and with rough edges, to where it causes pain after a while. . . However, the tips, the soft blue silicone bit, are frankly the best tips i've found on ae and at this price point anywhere. The tips that look like in-ear buds are garbage... they don't cover much, and tend to be for baby ears. These 3-layered tips are the only way to go if you truly want to not be overwhelmed. And these ones here compete with my much more expensive swiss activa + noise cancellers that they don't seem to make any more. So what i do is simple: what you can see in the photos i upload. I take the silicone ring backs of one of those useless ones i mentioned before, and pop this on there... easy peasy, instant upgrade! I will mention there are some ring thingies that have a thinner connecting rod, so you have to try and find the ones that fit snuggly and you're set.
