TIMEMORE Chestnut C5/C5ESP Manual Coffee Grinder Portable Espresso Grinder, 42mm S2C Burrs, 25g Capacity, Fine Adjustment

Important Note About Your Manual Coffee Grinder

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our manual coffee grinder. We want to ensure you have the best experience with your product, so please take a moment to read the following information:

The handle and the crank arm are designed as separate pieces. They are intentionally made with a movable, non-fixed connection to allow for smooth operation and adjustment. Therefore, a slight feeling of looseness or play between them is completely normal and part of the design.

Noise During Use

You may notice a sharp or squeaking sound during use. This is caused by metal-on-metal friction at the handle joint.

🔧 Simple Solution:

Apply a small amount of lubricant or cooking oil to the connection point where the handle meets the crank arm. Rotate the handle a few times to distribute the oil evenly. This should eliminate the noise.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team.
