The product's strength is good. It's convenient to use a massager on the neck and shoulder area. The downside is that the cord connection does not work well with high-quality new Korean outlets. This product has a short outlet U length and the outlet grounding rod is too thin. The electrical contact is not working well. The power is not being supplied, so it does not work (the blue light came on after insertion but disappeared after 1 second). So I used two other outlets in parallel to make it work.
