HERE ARE SOMES TIPS FOR GETTING A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE:
1. Please choose the Dark Roasted, Fine OR Super Fine coffee powder;
2.Close the cap tightly , fill 3 / 4 coffee powder , and press coffee powder a little bit harder , but not too hard, so that the water outlet cannot be plugged;
3. Brew a small cup of coffee and try the taste .
Try these methods if no coffee comes out :
1. Coffee powder might be too compacted and the water outlet hole of the capsule is blocked. Please clean the capsule to ensure that the capsule hole is unobstructed, and the coffee powder is lightly pressed, not compacted.
2. Test with an empty capsule to check whether the machine emits water normally.
If there are any problems of the capsules, please contact us at the first time,then we will try our best to solve the issue for you, Please DON'T leave us any negative comments before contacting us.
Please Note: These capsules are not suitable for Nestlé Nespresso machines.If you need to buy capsule for Nespresso machine, please click the picture below.

Material is good and was delivered on time but it’s not compatible with pure plus machines so it’s useless for me

I bought the Chibo Classic 2pcs set to test it out, and it was good so I repurchased! The delivery was really fast.

Oh~~ The water drainage is good and it extracts well! The coffee particle size must be fine! Only then will it taste good! If it's even slightly coarser than fine, the water just passes through and the coffee doesn't extract! I hadn't used the ChiBo Classic machine until now, but today I've revived it again!
