I ordered 3 lamps. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. The refund for that one lamp came instantly! The lamps that arrived intact are absolutely beautiful! Elegant. Beautifully made. I recommend them.

The lamps are beautiful and look great. Now, I have bought six and had to pay €18 in customs taxes for each one. so that has to be added to the purchase price. But to complicate the situation further, two of them come with factory defects (the small lampshade has a hole that is too small, and since it is made of glass, it is not easy to make the hole larger). The return costs, taking customs into account, are excessive. So, I have two faulty lamps and I need six for the staircase. I thought I was saving, but I've wasted the money...

Good evening, I received the lamps, they are nice and we hope they provide good lighting. I had asked to have the metal frame in black. You never pay attention to the needs of the buyers... You're just having a pretend conversation.

The lamp is beautiful and the seller is very serious. The shipping was extremely fast.

The lamp is beautiful, I ordered two and although they came very well packaged and protected, the small glass piece on one arrived broken. The return of the broken one was processed quickly and correctly, and I have ordered another one because we love them.
