Aliexpress’s support completely failed. Although the item should have been VAT-paid, I had to pay an additional 18% VAT because Aliexpress doesn’t provide payment proof. This resulted in a significant expense, which would have been much easier to avoid by purchasing from a local dealer. Additionally, I had to wait almost four months for the item to arrive. While the item itself is good, I will no longer be purchasing from Aliexpress due to the utterly useless support. Moving to their competitors that deliver in 1 week and pay all duties, with lower price.

Very good set, frame and buttons are functional and fit well. Easy installation, backlighting like in the originals. After adding the "cruise control" function with the Forscan program, all media functions and cruise control work correctly.
