Very practical to put on and adjust. It looked great on the Quest 3s. Before, I used it for 30 minutes and couldn't stand the facial pain from having to tighten it too much. Now, with this strap and a new mask, I used it for over 1 hour and only stopped because I got tired, no discomfort or facial pain at all. I recommend it.

Although it looks fragile, it is excellent and very comfortable. The only downside is that there is no distance adjustment on the part connected to the Quest to bring it closer to the eyes, but it is possible to make this adjustment by adjusting the angles of the head strap quite a bit, it's just a little more difficult.
