The item is overpriced. I’ve bought similar products for almost half the price and found them to be of better quality. The main issue is the water pressure. The spray is concentrated in a very small area, so the water comes out more like a hose than a proper bidet spray. Also, installing the base requires breaking or modifying part of the ceramic, which is very inconvenient. I initially bought one unit to test it before purchasing enough for my entire house. After trying it, I decided not to buy the remaining units. Overall, I’m disappointed with the product and would not recommend it.

Received the item and good packaging and condition. unboxing led to somewhat dissatisfaction general look was not good it seems lack of attention to finishing and general assembly isn't good. I am concerned about installation as reliability may be an issue. As the installation is going to be tiled over I have my reservation for fitting this. price and delivery are positive points for the selling company. thanks

The item was packed properly. The spray button -trigger action isn’t smooth it feels rigid when pressing. Slightly less comfortable. Haven’t fixed the spray gun yet!

It looks like it's of good quality, not plastic.
