It was delivered without any damage, but there wasn't a single piece of common styrofoam in the box. Even when used leaning back, the power is sufficient and the range of motion is quite long, but it doesn't go down to the lower back when sitting and only goes up to the neck. It seems to vary depending on the height of the user. The massage head is a bit small and hard, and there is no strength adjustment, so you may need to cover it with a towel or something. The heating function is on the weak side, which is a bit disappointing, but it serves its purpose well for the price.
