The bag is cute. The quality was not perfect. One arm is bent in and I’m trying to straighten it out. The zipper sticks and is not very smooth. They canceled my first order of this bag due to shipping issues. I had discounts that I did not get back. I immediately repurchased but it was at an $8.92 higher price. I tried to get them to honor the original price and they refused. I may end up returning it. The bag is a gift for someone and I’m not very happy right now. I feel like it was purposely cxld due to the lower price since they didn’t have any issues when I immediately repurchased at a higher price. Then there were no shipping issues. They could have resolved the shipping issues and sent me my bag instead of canceling my order at the lower price.
