ZTTO MTB/ Road bike Tubeless Tire Inserts
Tire inserts are becoming increasingly popular across all bike disciplines, helping protect your wheels and reducing the likelihood of punctures.
Improved performance
Progressive tire compression. Change the riding dynamics. Improve grip, comfort and tire stability.
2.1 meter /pc
Gravel 33-47c about 89g
Road bike 25-32c about 54g
MTB 1.9-2.3 about 125g
MTB 2.3-2.5 about 178g
MTB 2.6-3.0 about 241g
Run-Flat
In the event of a puncture, the expansion of the foam offers incomparable support and keeps tire beads on the rim.
Improved installation method: Cut and Relink
It's no secret that tire inserts can be a real nightmare to install. Especially with robust tire casings, this sounds a lot easier than it is, so we recommend taking your time, and perhaps asking a mate to help you. Disconnect-relink this method makes installation easier.
Tubeless sealant compatible
High density foam construction does not absorb tire sealant. The material is corrosion-resistant and it can work with any sealant
The ZTTO Insert is a high-quality polymer insert, which replaces a portion of the air volume in the tire, allowing it to remain stable, grippy, and controlled even at low pressure.

Works great on my enduro mtb rear wheel, where I live is a big rock garden with sharp rocks. Went full tubeless with tubeless rim combined with nontubeless DH heavy case tyre. 60ml of sealant, x4-directional ust valve. Heavy duty tire levers is a must, because mounting is very hard, but end result is bomb-proof. Used C02 16g cartridge to inflate 1st time. No leaks. Will likely buy again for my front wheel.

Just long enough for a 29" wheel. Could be helpful for a little bit of extra length. Seems to be hard enough to protect rim.
