Good service, I got my money back because it was broken just a little bit. I had to send it back to an adress in my country. It is a very beautiful teapot, I just ordered the same to try it again. I had to say that it is not packed very well... just not enough protected, it is a pity. Mine had just one corner a bit unprotected inside. But the service is top.

HUGE THANKS AND LOW BOW TO THE SELLER FOR SUCH QUALITY PACKAGING! This is not the first time I order teapots from him - not because they are bad, but because they grow from one interesting place! This time I ordered 2 at once to have some extra. Every order was amazed by the meticulousness of packaging. Each part of the kettle is wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box. Then the cardboard box itself is wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap. furthermore, both boxes are wrapped with another common layer of bubble wrap. it is all put in an inflated air polythene box (in the photo). and the top packaging layer, which is from the inside, represents another layer of bubble wrap. SELLER - YOU ARE A GREAT PROFESSIONAL! And everyone else - YOU HAVE to learn and learn! Thank you again! Good luck with your business!
