I placed my order on December 13, 2025. Since January 3, 2026, the tracking has stopped updating, and there has been no information since then. More than 90 days have already passed, which clearly exceeds all estimated delivery times and AliExpress delivery guarantee. During the dispute, the seller tried to delay the process, claiming that the package was at my local post office and would be delivered soon. However, they provided an incorrect tracking link — instead of Cyprus Post, it led to the Cyprus Ministry of Interior website, which is highly unprofessional and misleading. Thankfully, AliExpress stepped in and fully supported my claim. However, I never received my items, although I planned to make a detailed review of this cosmetics and I believe I would have liked it. Communication with the seller left a very negative impression and a feeling that they were trying to deceive me.
