I have been using for 3 weeks now I have fine lines this doesn't even work don't waste your time using it

The container was open and contents all over the inside of the bag it was in. Only half the contents in the container.

I never took it out of the Ziploc bag yet but this is how it came in the picture I am sending as even got a crack it looks like somewhere in the bottle I'm scared the look. I took the picture before I opened it and now the last last picture that you received will have where it's on opening it but there is no seal to it there's no seal on it my other package that I got that had a little round bottle had a seal on it this one did not and some of it is hard inside after trying to put my finger in it you didn't have no more room for me to show where I would put the finger on my foot before I did had like a two gaps in it and look like it was messed with before I even opened it I took pictures step by step before I opened it
