TIPS: If you don’t pay attention to replenishing water during riding, it will seriously affect the riding quality, and may cause dehydration. If dehydration is 20%, it may lead to life-threatening! Therefore, every veteran rider attaches great importance to the reasonable amount of water during riding Replenish. If the riding process exceeds 2 hours, drink 300ml of water before departure. During the ride, you should drink water regularly, replenishing 100ml about every 20 minutes. It is easy to sweat in summer, so you need to drink more water at this time.
