Methods of dental care:

1. Put the dentures in 70 degrees warm water for 10-15 seconds to make the dentures soft. Do not use 90 degree hot water that is too hot. This will cause the denture to bend. When you see wrinkles on the edge of the denture, you can get it out.

2. Soft dentures in the mouth, wear on the gums, the suction of the teeth between the brackets and the gums in the air, make the gums close together on the surface of the hard denture and the gums at the same time by hand. The dentures made are suitable for your teeth. Shape, focus faster, but don't grind your teeth;

3. Press it by hand, about half a minute, then the fixed teeth can be taken out;

4. Along the established gum line (the line between teeth and gums), scissors are used to cut off the excess material, and the handle is cut at the same time. After the handle is completed, the above part of the gum line can be cut off so that the gel can only contact the teeth and avoid damaging the gums.

Notice:

1. If the denture is not made at one time, you can repeat it until you are satisfied.
