Note that the handles are divided into left and right, with R marked on the handle for right-handed use and L for left-handed use.

The handle is 13cm long and 2.8cm thick, with a weight of approximately 70 grams for a single handle. There is a built-in bearing at the front of the handle.

The bearing hole diameter is 12mm. The purpose of the bearing is not to make the rope rotate faster, but to prevent the rope from contacting the inner wall of the handle when rotating.

There are two methods to adjust the length of the rope. The first method is to directly open the buckle at the end of the rope and cut off the excess length. The second method is to tie a knot in the rope in front of the handle.

Be careful not to leave any rope behind the handle, as this will affect the rotation and cause it to become stuck or kinked in the front.
