Electric Bicycle Scooter 36V 48V 60V 1000W 1500W 2000W Brushless Controller BLDC Motor Controller LCD Display Kit

voltage：36V/48V/52V/60V/72V universal

current：34A-40A

number of transistors: 15

rated power：1000W-1500W-2000W all can work

1.high -level brake

2.brake light power

3.throttle handle

4.reverse gear

5.low brake

6.hall (6 wires)

7.linear brake(Thumb brake)

8.PAS

9.head light/tail light power

10.regenerative brake

11.intelligent recognition

12.LCD

13.ignite

14.XT60 battery

15.phase line

how to connect ？

1.connect the phase line color to color connection

2.connect the hall line,color to color connection

3.connect the battery line(red wire :battery + , black:battery-)

4.connect the controller LCD line

5.off power,let two intelligent recognition line connect together,open power,the wheel will forward or reverse.

(1.if wheel forward ,Separate the intelligent recognition line.

2.if wheel reverse, Separate the intelligent recognition line. let 2 intelligent recognition lines connect together again,if wheel forward ,Separate the intelligent recognition line.

3.This function allows the controller to intelligently identify the battery voltage and adjust the rotation direction of the motor）

NOTE:when use throttle，intelligent recognition must separate.）

6.other functions can be connected as needed.

Note: The lead wire of some products adopts waterproof

connector.

二、Function description:

1. display function

Speed display, power indication, fault indication, total mileage, single mileage

2. control, setting function

power switch control, wheel diameter setting, idle automatic sleep time setting,

backlight brightness setting, start mode setting, drive mode setting, voltage level

setting, controller current limit setting, USB charging function,

3. communication protocol: UART（only controllers using this protocol can match this instrument，can fit TF100）

3.1 Multi-function display area

Total mileage ODO、 Single mileage TRIP、 Digital voltage display VOL、 Fault

3.2 ERR code

Fault code(decimal) Fault status

E-001 motor malfunction (if not connect hall writes, also show this problem)

E-002 throttle malfunction

E-003 controller malfunction

E-005 controller undervoltage alarm

E-006 communication failure, instrument unable to receive controller signal

a speed signal is taken from the hall signal inside the motor and sent to the

instrument through the controller .(time of a single hall period, unit :1 MS) the

instrument will calculate the true speed according to the wheel diameter and signal

data (the motor hall also needs to set the number of magnetic steel).

3.3 settings

P02： mileage unit ,00000 is km;00001 is mile;

P03： voltage rating :24V,36V,48V,52V,60V,72V default ;36V

P04： dormancy time :0, no dormancy; other numbers are dormancy time,range :1-60; unit minutes;

P05： booster gear :3 gear,5 gear,gear;default 5gear.

P06： wheel diameter: unit, inch;10-38,default is 10. adjustable, precision :0.1;

P07： Velocimetry: range :1-100;default 30.

P08： speed limit: range 0-100 km/h,

P09： zero start, non zero start setting ,00000: zero start ; 00001: non zero start;

P10： drive mode set

00000: power drive (through the power gear to determine how much power output, at this time turn invalid).

00001： electric drive (by turning the handle drive,at this time the booster gear is invalid).

00002 ：power drive and electric drive coexist simultaneously.

P11： Help Sensitivity Set :1-24

P12： power start strength setting :0-5;

P13：Auxiliary Magnetic Disc Type Setting :5,8,12 Magnetic Steel Four Types

P14：(0 gear, acceleration does not activate throttle), default value: 1 (excluding 0 gear)

P15：Default values: 0 (no cruising), 1: cruising (hold the accelerator for 6 seconds to enter the current speed cruising state)

P16：ODO zero setting long press key 5 seconds ODO zero

P17：(Factory reset)

P18： Default value: 1, locked and fixed, cannot be changed

三、Key and Interface Profile:

1. shutdown state, long button power boot;

short button power will switch between ODO、TRIP、VOL

2.boot state, long button power shutdown, short press MODE key, switch GEAR gear 0-5;

3. long press power + MODE key into the menu setting interface, in the P01 interface, short power key

switch menu to P02, short MODE key to change the current bit value;

3.1 To enter the menu setting interface, in any menu state, the short key power switches the menu,

the short press or the long key MODE increases or decreases the

value (the long key power changes the value addition direction,

the left side displays "A" indicates the increase value, the left side displays" d" indicates the decrease

value), after the modification, the short key power

switches to the next parameter,and saves the previous parameter value;

after the parameter modification completes again the long press power + MODE key exits the setting interface,

or waits for 8 seconds to automatically exit and save the parameter.
