Toss: Practice method: first practice ー ball, throw with one hand. When practicing, the person stands in a T-shaped step, the chest is slightly retracted, the hands are naturally sagged, the ball is held in the right hand, and the force is transferred from bottom to top. Out, when the ball rises to a certain height and falls along the right outer side of the right hand, immediately move the right hand from the chest to the right beyond the shoulder width to catch it. To throw a single ball, the left and right hands must be alternately practiced. ②. Throw a double ball While practicing tossing a single ball, the practice of tossing a double ball began. Throw two balls with one hand, hold two balls with the right hand, ball A is in front, controlled by middle finger, index finger, thumb, and ball B is pinched by palm, ring finger and little finger. The tossing technique and the running path of the ball are the same as the tossing one ball. Throw the ball with the right hand, pinch the ball B, relax the ball A, let it fly out from the chest to the right, when the ball A rises to the highest point, then throw the second one along the route of the ball A movement-ball B After the ball B has shot, immediately move the hand from the chest to the right outside. Just catch the falling ball A, and then toss A to B as in the previous action, and cycle back and forth. Since these two balls form a circular trajectory in space, they will not collide with each other. After gradually tossing two balls with one hand, practice to change the power used when tossing the ball, so that the ball is thrown higher and higher, up to about 300 cm away from the hand, and then gradually lowered, down to about 20 cm, must Note that the running path of the two balls must not be disrupted. After tossing two balls proficiently, you can start to toss three balls. ③. Toss 3 balls: Hold the ball A and ball C in the right hand, hold the ball B in the left hand, and throw the ball A laterally, just like the two hands toss the two balls in the front, after the ball A crosses the center line, the left hand throws the ball B, catches the ball A, tight Then, the right hand throws the ball C to catch the ball B in the same posture. Such continuous throwing and swapping, making 3 balls circulate in the air, is the most basic skill of throwing ball technology. 【Notices】 ------- In order to reduce your transportation costs, this product does not include the original packaging, please rest assured that we will use PE bags to pack and protect. ------- If for any reason you are not happy with any product sold from our store, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible! ------- Please give us more encouragement if you are satisfied with our products. ------- Wish you have a nice day!
