Solar system kit wiring method and precautions

1.The solar system kit connection is divided into parallel connection or serial connection. The controller must be first connect the battery , and then connect the solar panels.

2.When the solar panels are connected in series or in parallel, paid to the highest PV input voltage of the controller. The voltage connected in parallel to the controller after the series connection cannot exceed the maximum input voltage of the controller.

3.The total input power of the solar panel can't be greater than the rated power of the controller, otherwise, there is a risk of burning the controller.

4.When the cable is connected to each component, the connection should be stable and there should be no looseness.

5.The positive and negative poles of the controller and battery should be checked clearly. Do not reverse the positive and negative poles.

6.When the power rating of one controller is insufficient to meet all solar panels, multiple controllers can be simultaneously connected to the battery.

[High Efficiency] monocrystalline solar cell.WUZECK solar panel provides high conversion efficiency up to 19.8%,
[Ultra-thin and ultra-lightweight design] Flexible solar panels are lightweight and portable, weighing 3.96lb and 0.11inch thick.Solar panels are easy to transport, install, hang and remove.
[Bendable and versatile ] Flexible solar panels are bendable and can be shaped to fit a variety of surfaces, This makes them a great choice for use on boats, RVs, trailers, and other vehicles.
[Easy to install] Flexible solar panels are easy to install and can be mounted using a variety of methods, including adhesive backing, grommets, and tie-downs. This makes them a great choice for DIY enthusiasts who want to install own solar panels.
[Compatible with for a variety of batteries] Lead-acid battery (Sealed, Gel, Flooded) and Lithium battery (LiCoMnNiO2, LiFePO4),Multiple protection functions can better protect the battery.
Reliable
Advanced encapsulation material with multi-layered sheet laminations enhance cell performance and provide a long service life
EL tested solar modules; no hot-spot heating guaranteed
Bypass diodes minimize power drop caused by shade and ensure excellent performance in low-light environments
TPT back sheet ensures smooth performance over a long period of time

Safety Instructions:

1.Make sure your battery has enough voltage for the controller to recognize the battery type before first installation.

2.The battery cable should be as short as possible to minimize loss.

3.The regulator is only suitable for lead acid batteries: OPEN, AGM, GEL,lithium ions batteries).

4.The charge regulator is only suitable for regulating solar modules. Never connect another charging source to the charge regulator.

System Connection:

1.Connect the battery to the charge regulator - plus and minus.it will show 1 ,if it detects 12V battery, 2 if it detects 24V battery.

2.Connect the photovoltaic module to the regulator - plus and minus.

3. Connect the consumer to the charge regulator - plus and minus.
