⭕【WHY YOU NEED TIMING LIGHT】Adjustable timing light is specially designed to detect the ignition timing scale on the engine flywheel or pulley. Improper engine timing can lead to difficulty starting, decreased power, increased fuel consumption, and unstable idling. It can even cause severe damage such as piston failure, bent valve rods, or a broken crankshaft

🔦【HIGH-INTENSITY LIGHTING】Our timing light with tachometer features a bright flash tube and a precisely focused Fresnel lens for optimal illumination. Bright enough to use in day light. ❗❗Please NOTE: To extend the lifespan of the ignition timing light, please avoid pressing the handle button after the engine timing is completed

♻️【WIDE APPLICATION】Engine timing light is suitable for old classical cars, motorcycles, boats,agricultural and all 2-stroke or 4-stroke Pestrol engines, easily operate on 12V ignition systems. Works on 6 and 12 volt vehicles (6 volt operation requires a separate 12 volt car battery for power)

📲【DIGITAL DISPLAY PANEL】The KT60 digital inductive timing light with indicator lights and a LED screen. The four buttons let you switch between 4-stroke and 2-stroke, display the RPM and ignition angle, and easily increase or decrease the ignition angle. ✅ The RPM and advance displays are handy

❗【KEY POINT-Inductive pick-up】The inductive pick-up is essential for the timing light automotive. Clamp it around the No. 1 spark plug wire, ensuring the arrow points toward the spark plug.👉 Please NOTE: 1, Keep the inductive pick-up away from the exhaust manifold and nearby parts, as they get very hot and could damage it. 2, If the inductive pick-up is not used properly, it can result in inaccurate readings, light flashes intermittently, or even the timing lights not working at all

➿【REVERSE POLARITY PROTECTION】Equipped with sensor clips in red and black color to distinguish polarity. The timing light with tachometer and advance has the function of reverse polarity and overload protection, which can effectively protect the safety of batteries and equipment. 🔔 If you have any questions, please reach out 📤️[email removed by eBay]

✌【ERGONOMIC DESIGN & HIGH IMPACT ABS HOUSING 】The handle pistol-type design of dynamic timing light is ergonomically and the button is comfortable, feels good, facilitates the operation. Rugged ABS, durable housing that is shock resistant and can withstand daily use. High impact ABS housing is tough enough to carry an elephant's weight

With KZYEE KT60 Timing Light Got it Dialed in Perfect

KZYEE KT60 Timing Light features high visibility LED display designed for precision tuning. Accurate and stable timing signals from 0-10,000 RPM can be measured with this timing light displayed on the screen. Additionally, the button is comfortable and facilitates operation with ease, you can switch between 4 & 2 engine stokes. Suitable for mechanics, DIYers and car enthusiasts.

***The inductive pick-up is essential for the timing light automotive. Clamp it around the No. 1 spark plug wire, ensuring the arrow points toward the spark plug.

Keep the inductive pick-up away from the exhaust manifold and nearby parts, as they get very hot and could damage it.

**If the inductive pick-up is not used properly, it can result in inaccurate readings, light flashes intermittently, or even the timing lights not working at all.

KT60 adjustable timing light automotive allows you to keep an informed eye on your engine's performance as well as fuel consumption, helping your engine run with precise control. KT60 timing lights is the partner for your car that saves you money and time.

Play and Plug, KT60 Directions for Use

How to Use：

Red clamp connects to the positive and the black clamp connects to the negative, and clamp the inductive pick-up around the NO.1 spark plug wire. Make sure the arrow on the wire is pointing toward the spark plug.

Start the engine to warm up and reach normal operating temperature.

Use the ignition timing light to illuminate the timing pulley.

Adjust the distributor until aligned and reading correctly.

*** Troubleshooting Guide

Q3: When powered on, there is no display on the screen , and the light does not flash when pulling the trigger.

A: Connect the clamps correctly, the red clamp is connected to the Positive (+) , and the black clamp is connected to the Negative (-); Ensure that the clamps are connected to a clean position on the battery terminal.

Q4: When powered on, there is display on the screen, but unable to read engine speed.

A: Only use timing light to test gasoline engine vehicles; The inductive clip should clamp on the NO.1 spark plug wire and the arrow should be pointing towards the spark plug; Check if the inductive clip is clamped in place (correctly).

Q5: When powered on, there is display on the screen, which can read the engine speed, but the light does not flash.

A: Should keep during testing to have the light flashing.

Q6: When powered on, is able to read engine speed, but the reading is unstable.

A: Check if the inductive clip is clamped in place; Perhaps there is interference from the external ignition system, or the spark plug ignition is not so stable. First, check if the spark plug is aging, and if so, replace the spark plug first.

KT60 Wide Compatibility

KT60 Engine Timing Light is important that you purchase a Timing Light that is compatible with your engine.

Please check if your vehicle is equipped with a distributor

In addition to a distributor, there should be timing marks on the crankshaft pulley

For 9V-16V ignition systems

Can control both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines

Suitable for OLD classical cars, motorcycles, boats, agricultural

Q1: How does the digital timing light work?

A: The principle is similar for both analog and digital timing lights. Timing light automotive is specially designed to detect the ignition timing scale on the engine flywheel or pulley.

Q2: What happens if the ignition timing is set TOO EARLY or TOO LATE?

A: **PREMATURE ignition will cause detonation, piston upward movement is blocked, efficiency is reduced, thermal load, mechanical load, noise and vibration increased. **LATE ignition leads to poor engine performance, higher fuel consumption, lower efficiency, and louder exhaust noise.

*** Eventually, this will affect the performance of your engine.

Digital Display Panel

A. Display Area: Display ignition advance angle or engine speed.

B. Indicator Area: Indicates that the product is in a certain functional state.

C. Operation Buttons:

"R/A" button: to switch the displayed speed and ignition angle;

"4/2" button: to switch 4-stroke and 2-stroke;

"+" button: short press to increase ignition advance angle by 0.1 and long press to increase by 1;

"-" button: short press to reduce ignition advance angle by 0.1 and long press to reduce by 1.、

*** To extend the lifespan of the ignition timing light, please avoid pressing the handle button after the engine timing is completed.

Troubleshooting Guide

Q7: When powered on, is able to read engine speed . Once engine speed exceeds 3500RPM, the light does not flash.

A: The timing light is mainly used in testing petrol cars, with a speed of 4000 rpm is already a high speed for a petrol car. During testing, when triggering the flash light, engine speed should be maintained below 3500RPM.

*** This is not malfunction. When testing motorcycle, it is very often to see the light stop flashing once engine speed exceeding 3500 rpm due to over limit.

Q8: When testing motorcycles, pulling the trigger and the light is flashing for a while and then stop flash.

A: Since motorcycle battery is small and the voltage is unstable, when testing the motorcycle at high engine speed >3500rpm, combined with poor signal matching with the motorcycle, the timing light will stop flash as a default setting. If continue to pull the trigger for a long timing when the light stops flash due to engine speed over limit (>3500rpm), it is likely to burn out the timing light.

*** Warning: When testing motorcycles, 2 strokes should be selected; During testing, when triggering the flash light, the engine speed should be strictly controlled below 3500rpm.
