7 Resets Funciton for 99% Truck:

1.D.P.F Regeneration

The D.P.F is a important system on diesel v-ehicles used to filter and reduce particulate emissions from the exhaust. It is very difficult to burn the diesel particles completely, and a lot of carbon soot will be accumulated in D.P.F, which needs to be cleaned and regenerated regularly in time, otherwise it will be severely clogged and affect the engine life.LAUNCH CRP129 HD diesel scanner can perfectly achieve D.P.F functions, including Passive Regen,D.P.F Reset, D.P.F/DPD Regeneration, D.P.F Regeneration Suspension, D.P.F Replacement, D.P.F Pressure Sensor Learn, D.P.F Pressure Sensor Reset, D.P.F/Catalyst 2 Reset, D.P.F/DPD Parameter Reset, Clear D.P.F Data and more. You can save time by getting your D.P.F cleaned, restore your D.P.F to nearly new.

In-jector Coding：

This function enables you to write the in-jector actual code or rewrite code in the ECU to the in-jector code of the corresponding cylinder, so as to more accurately control or correct cylinder injection quantity.Proper injector coding can ensure that the engine is running smoothly and efficiently, with the right amount of fuel being delivered at the right time.CRP129HD can help prevent misfires, rough idling, decreased fuel efficiency, and other performance issues; and it also maintaining the overall health and longevity of the engine.

O-il Reset：

CRP129 HD offers help to reset the O-il Life Reminder and switch off the O-il Light when the engine o-il replacement is done. So your car can recalculate another optimal o-il life change interval, help you unintentionally go past your oil change interval. By changing the oil on time, you keep your engine healthier, more fuel efficient, running cooler, and preventing damage inside.

Speed Limit Reset：

This function enables you to adjust or cancel the maximum vehicle speed limit, for example,It needs to be performed when engine is running abnormally or certain cylinder does not work. With fewer cars driving above legal speed limits it could reduce the amount of accidents on the roads, which could also keep the cost of your car insurance down. **Note: Normally, the vehicle must also have its maximum cruise speed changed for the program to take effect.

Cylinder Cut-off/Compression Test：

CRP129 HD can cut off certain cylinder when the engine is running to identify which one is working improperly. Users can judge whether certain cylinder is normal or not by separately cutting off certain cylinder and checking the working status of the engine. For example, if the engine's RPM drops significantly when one cylinder is cut out, it may indicate that the cylinder is not firing correctly or that there is an issue with the fuel injector or combustion chamber. If the RPM drop is minimal, it may indicate that the cylinder is operating normally. With Power Balance Test-Cylinder power balance testing,CRP129HD can help uncover hidden engine issues related to engine misfires, lack of power or just a poor running engine, which is commonly missed with other tests. So, cylinder power balance testing, is one of the best and easiest ways to find the source of a engine misfire.

Clutch Learning：

This function can relearn clutch values to ensure normal operation of the clutch, after coding TCU, replacing gearbox or TCU.CRP129 HD helps optimize fuel consumption by ensuring smooth gear shifts and reducing engine stress. Secondly, it enhances the driving experience by minimizing clutch wear and tear, thereby increasing the lifespan of the clutch components. Moreover, it improves the overall performance and reliability of the truck, reducing the likelihood of breakdowns and maintenance issues related to the clutch.

Urea Drive (DEF)

This truck scanner can drive the urea pump to perform reverse pumping, compression, injection and other operations through the diagnostic scanner, after the urea pump maintenance is performed.Diesel Exhaust Fluid helps to significantly reduce the emissions of harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) from the diesel engine. By injecting DEF into the exhaust stream, a chemical reaction occurs that converts the NOx into harmless nitrogen and water vapor, thus minimizing the environmental impact of the truck's operation. Secondly, the use of DEF enables trucks to meet stringent emission regulations, allowing them to operate legally and without facing penalties or restrictions. Moreover, it can have a positive effect on engine performance and fuel efficiency, as a properly functioning emissions control system can contribute to a more efficient combustion process

Q:How to do DPF regeneration with CRP129HD?

A:1.Confirm the following Test Conditions:

a. Turn on the vehicle and run the engine at idling speed. b. Cooling water temperature is above 60 degrees Celsius.c. The gear is in neutral, the handbrake is on, and the vehicle speed is 0.5 km/h. d. The clutch, accelerator, and brake pedals are not to be pressed. d. Do not press the clutch, gas, and brake pedals.e. Temperature upstream of the DPF is below 650 degrees Celsius. f. Temperature upstream of the DOC is below 600 degrees Celsius.f. Temperature upstream of the DOC is below 600 degrees Celsius.g. DPF carbon load over 22g must be cleaned before performing the DPF reset function.

2.Test Steps Here：

At the beginning of the test, the engine speed is increased to 1500-2000 rpm, the DPF temperature can be increased to 650 degrees Celsius to burn the carbon particles in the DPF, and after the burning is completed, the speed is decreased, and the DPF is cooled down automatically. The whole process is automatically controlled by the ECU without human intervention.

WARNING:This function may generate large amounts of hot gases, which may cause personal injury, and should be performed in an open area. Do not pile up combustible materials in the exhaust area, as this may cause a fire. Keep people away from the exhaust area to avoid burns.

Q:How to do the Urea Drive?

A: 1.Test Conditions : a. Turn on the vehicle, engine off; b. Temperature upstream of the catalyst is below 200 degree Celsius.; c. Battery voltage is sufficient. 24V vehicle voltage is more than 23.5V, 12V vehicle voltage is more than 11.5V. d. Temperature of the urea tank is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius, and the urea level is above 20%.

2.Test Procedure: Emptying>>pumping>>pressure building>>leaking>> atomizing>>spraying.
