Installation requirements:

1. Ozone tube: You need to install it on the insulating board, away from the metal shell for more than 2cm. (If you install it on a metal shell, please connect an additional ground wire.)

2. Ozone PSU: You can use 7cm long screws to install the ozone PSU (ozone power supply) away from the ozone tube (metal shell or other electrical appliances) more than 6cm.

3. The closest distance between the ozone PSU and the metal shell or other electrical appliances is 6cm.

4. The closest distance between 2pcs ozone PSU is 12cm.

5. Red high voltage wire: Away from the metal shell and other wires for more than 2cm.

6. You need a dry and clean air source or oxygen source.

7. You should push the thick red wire at the middle of the ozone tube and fix another wire on the radiator.

8. You need cooling fan to cool the ozone tube and the ozone PSU.

9. If you need to disinfect water, you can connect ozone output to air stone or venturi through the teflon tube.

.

There is no need to distinguish between inlet and outlet.

Inlet: We recommend that you use 4*7mm silicone tube or 5*8mm PU tube.

Outlet: We recommend that you use 6*8mm Teflon tube.

If you need to change the connector, please contact us.

When you get our products, you will get installation instructions, operation instructions and wiring diagrams.

If you still have any questions, you can contact us at any time.

Dehydroxylation high purity silica quartz tube ozone generator kit:

#1: Quartz tube composition:

99.9% silica, with strong hardness, high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), thermal shock resistance, good chemical stability & electrical insulation properties.

#2: High efficiency:

Narrow- gap discharge of 0.5mm, with high ozone conversion rate and low noise.

#3: Low power consumption:

High-voltage high-frequency corona discharge, with a power consumption rate of 8KW.h/kg O3.

#4: High voltage resistance:

The operating voltage of the tube is only 1/6 of its breakdown voltage, with a high dielectric constant.

#5: High quality:

The dielectric material is made of high-purity silica quartz, sintered at the high temperature, with high precision and uniform discharge. It is equipped with the 316L stainless steel inner electrode, PTFE flange gas nozzle and anti-corrosion high-purity fluorine rubber ring seals.

Using the latest patented high-density aluminum alloy heat sink technology is applied for external air cooling of heat dissipation, which can achieve more efficient heat dissipation. And the long time ozone decay is very low, <1/10.

#6: Service life:

More than 20,000 hours.

#7: Ozone PSU:

With over-current and over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, open-circuit protection.

If the quartz glass tube is damaged, ozone PSU will automatically stop output high voltage.
