BB Drill Bit CNC HSS-PM Cobalt Drilling Tool Powder Metallurgy Superalloy High Performance for Metal Steel SUS Stainless Steel

BB- Performance Drill (1pcs)

Special Blade Slot Shape/Sharp Cutting Edge

Sharp drill tip, expanded chip clearance, efficient chip removal during drilling, non-stick drill

HSS PM SG Composite Coating

which has good wear resistance, stable performance, heat and oxidation resistance, and does not react chemically with the working material

Self-Centering Drill Tip Special Design

drill holes without a center drill, one drill bit does it all, center Positioning - Drilling - Semi-Finishing
Dia.of Cut ≤ 1.9 Drill Point 118°
Dia.of Cut > 1.9 Drill Point 135°

The Grooves are CNC-Machined

Smooth chip evacuation with low resistance, high hardness and precision, suitable for blind hole machining

Precision Ground Shank&Chamfered Round Handle

Easy to use, good compatibility, enhances the tool’s shock resistance and machining speed

DRILLING TIPS

1，Please use good equipment, the better the performance, the higher the machining hardness. The workpiece must be firmly supported, without a chance to bounce or bend.

2、Appropriate cutting parameters can help extend the service life of the drill bit.

3、During manual operation, the processing skills and experience will help the processing efficiency and life.

4、Please cooperate with the applicable Cutting fluid to ensure that the cooling is in place and the cutting is smooth.

5、Brute force operation and violent cutting are strictly prohibited. This situation undoubtedly causes rapid damage to the drill bit, and in severe cases, it can lead to the drill bit breaking or overheating and burning.

Material

①M2 High-Speed steel with black oxide.
②M35 High-Speed steel with cobalt.
③M42 HSS-Co8
④Solid Carbide.

Solid Carbide

More expensive but longer life, running fast ,lower cost per hole, good heat and chip resistance.

Coating:TiALN,TiSiN,AlTiSiN
Higher performing ,higher temperature,Good for steels and stainless steels.
Tungsten steel alloy makes the drill hardness higher, and a stable processing environment should be provided.
