How to use
Connect the power supply and equipment, you can supply power to the controller, at this time the display for the measurement of temperature, press the SET key once, the display temperature flashing, press +- to set the required temperature (press and hold +- can be quickly raised and lowered) after the completion of the setting, press SET to confirm the return, the controller is set to automatically execute the relay on and off! The thermostat output for 20A relay, to meet a variety of high-power load, connected to the control circuit, you can supply power to the thermostat, at this time the display shows the ambient temperature.
Indicator lights, digital tube state description
Indicator light: flashing indicates that the cooling or heating start delay, always on indicates that the relay has been closed
Digital tube: display LL for the sensor open circuit, please connect the sensor according to the instructions; display HH for beyond the measurement range thermostat will be forced to disconnect the relay; display --- for high temperature alarm
Parameter function description
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to enter the main menu setting, press +- to switch P0.... .P6, long press SET or 10 seconds no key action controller automatically confirm to return.
P0 Cooling and heating mode
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press SET once to set the working mode, press +- to switch [H for heating mode] [C for cooling mode] and press SET once to return, long press SET or 10 seconds without key action the controller automatically confirms completion.
Refrigeration mode: when the temperature measurement value ≥ temperature set point, the refrigeration relay suction, the refrigerator start; when the temperature measurement value ≤ temperature set point - back to the difference, the refrigeration relay off, the refrigerator off.
In heating mode: when the temperature measurement value ≤ temperature set point, the heating relay will be activated and the heater will start; when the temperature measurement value ≥ temperature set point + return difference, the heating relay will be disconnected and the heater will turn off.
P1 Return Difference Setting
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press +- to switch to P1, press SET once to set the return difference value, press +- to set the return difference as 0.1-15, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for a long time or 10 seconds without key action controller automatically confirms completion.
Refrigeration mode: when the temperature measurement value ≥ set value, the relay will be activated, the refrigerator starts; when the temperature measurement value ≤ set value - return difference value, the relay is disconnected, the refrigerator is closed.
For example, the environment is 30 ℃ set value of 25 ℃, the return difference is set to 2 ℃, after the power relay closure refrigerator start, when the refrigeration to 23 ℃, the relay off the refrigerator off, at this time, because the refrigerator has been disconnected from the temperature began to rise, when back to the set value of 25 ℃, the relay closure refrigerator start again, so repeatedly cycle control temperature is not higher than 25 ℃.
Heating mode: when the temperature measurement value ≤ set value, the relay suction, heater start; when the temperature measurement value ≥ set value + back to the value of the difference, the relay off, the heater off.
For example, the environment is 10 ℃ set value of 25 ℃, the return difference is set to 2 ℃, after the power relay closed heater start, when heated to 27 ℃, the relay closed heater off, at this time, because the heater has been disconnected temperature began to drop, when down to the set value of 25 ℃, the relay closed heater start again, so repeatedly cycle control temperature is not less than 25 ℃.
P2 Maximum temperature setting upper limit
In order to avoid the misoperation of others leading to the danger of high set temperature, this thermostat has a maximum set upper limit function, which limits the set range of the maximum temperature set point controlled by the thermostat.
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press +- to switch to P2, press SET once to set the maximum upper limit, press +- to set the maximum settable temperature, the maximum value is 110, press SET once to return after completion, long press SET or 10 seconds without key action controller automatically confirms completion.
For example: set to 60 The maximum temperature set point can only be set to 60℃ If you want the temperature set point to be higher the temperature range is expanded, you need to adjust the upper limit set value first.
P3 Minimum temperature setting lower limit
In order to avoid the misoperation of others resulting in ice blockage due to low temperature, this thermostat has a minimum setting upper and lower limit function, which limits the setting range of the minimum temperature set point controlled by the thermostat.
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press +- to switch to P3, press SET once to set the minimum lower limit, press +- to set the minimum settable temperature, the minimum value is -50, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for a long time or 10 seconds without key action controller automatically confirms completion.
For example: Set to 2 The minimum temperature set point can only be set to 2℃ If you want the temperature set point to be lower the temperature range is expanded, you need to adjust the set value of the lower limit first.
P4 Temperature correction
This function can be used to correct the measured temperature when there is a deviation from the standard temperature or when there is a special need due to the user's hardware. The corrected temperature = the temperature before correction + correction value Valid range is -7.0~7.0.
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press +- to switch to P4, press SET once to correct, press +- to set the correction value, press SET once to return after completion, press SET for a long time or 10 seconds without key action to confirm the completion of the controller automatically.
For example, the normal display is 25 degrees; 25 degrees is displayed when the temperature correction is 0; 26.5 degrees is displayed when the temperature correction is 1.5; 23.5 is displayed when the temperature correction is -1.5.
P5 Delayed start time (unit: minutes)
When the work of the cooler or heater has a delay time need, the delay time function can be turned on to protect the life of the equipment.
Long press SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press +- to switch to P5, press SET once to set the delay start time unit is minutes, press +- to set 0-10 minutes, press SET once to return after completion, long press SET or 10 seconds without key action controller automatically confirm completion
Refrigeration mode: the first time the power is turned on, if the current temperature ≥ set value, the refrigerator will not immediately start cooling, you need to run the set delay time after the start.
Heating mode: the first time the power is turned on, if the current temperature ≤ the set value, the heater will not immediately start heating, need to run the set delay time after the start.
When the downtime between two adjacent starts of the chiller or heater is greater than the delayed start time setting, the chiller will start immediately.
If the downtime between two adjacent starts of the refrigerator or heater is less than the set value of the delayed start time, the unit will start again only after running the set delayed start time of the refrigerator. The delay time is calculated from the moment of shutdown.
For example, the refrigeration state set delay time for 5 minutes, after the start of the refrigerator start delay, 5 minutes after the opening of the refrigerator when the desired temperature when the refrigerator stops, then start timing, when the next refrigerator start timing is completed immediately work, not completed timing to wait for the end of the timing to work, the delay in the LED indicator flashes.
Delay start set to 0 is the same as closing the delay function.
How to save the settings
Want to save the set data, after setting the temperature without power, set P7 to ON, so that how to power off will retain the last setting.
Restore factory settings
Due to some human reasons caused by the thermostat internal settings confusion, one by one to set a very time-consuming, this function can be used to restore the factory settings, the specific method is: in the shutdown state, while holding down the + and - button, and then turn on the power, all the above parameters back to the factory settings.
