4K Electronic Digital Microscope for PCB Soldering/Phone Repair, HDMI USB IMX678 Chip Industrial Camera with Software/150X Lens

🔥The main differences between microscope cameras

🔥150X Microscope Kit

The advantages of this 150X microscope kit are its long working distance and large field of view, yet its light filtering performance is relatively weak. It is suitable for the following applications: PCB soldering and rework, mobile phone/tablet motherboard repair, plastic part and mold inspection, overall PCB examination, electronic component testing, electronics repair, and more.

If you need a high-magnification lens to observe reflective metal objects, you can try our 215X microscope kit. If you want a microscope kit that supports zooming in and out while keeping the lens stationary, our 180X microscope kit is recommended.

🔥4K UHD 1/1.8in Sony imx678 Sensor Microscope Camera Usage Effect Reference

After assembling the microscope, the first step is to prioritize using the one-click exposure function. Then, place a piece of white paper horizontally directly below the lens and perform a one-click white balance. In most cases, this will achieve the most suitable results for your working environment.(Don't forget to turn on the LED light)

🔥You may be wondering what the actual difference is between different microscope chips.

Both use a 150X lens, and the stand and LED lights are exactly the same. As you can see, under the same distance and with the same accessories, the microscope kit with the Sony IMX678 chip produces more vibrant colors and a wider field of view than the one with the Sony IMX415 chip.

🔥HDMI connects to the display

1. It Can capture pictures and videos and save them on TF cards
2. It can capture up to 8M 8000X6000 HD images
3. 4K (30fps) /1080P(60pfs) MOV video is available

🔥USB-C/USB connection to computer

1. Install the ImageView on your computer
2. Through the ImageView program, you can get point spacing, parallel lines, vertical lines, line spacing, Angle, circle, radius, radian, rectangle, ellipse, concentric circles, center distance, and other measurement tools.

🔥Connect to PC via USB for operation.

You can first switch the language to your preferred one in the PC software. It allows you to take photos, record videos and adjust the video image more conveniently. There is also an additional measurement function, which will be of great help to your work.

🔥Effect of Exposure Adjustment on the Image

Whether you connect the device to a monitor or TV via HDMI, or connect it to a computer via USB, exposure is a key parameter. Properly setting the optimal value will help you obtain the best image quality.
How to adjust:
Under unchanged lighting conditions, turn on Auto Exposure and increase the gain value when ambient light is insufficient. When ambient light is too strong and causes overexposure, turn on Auto Exposure and lower the gain value.

🔥Function of White Balance

Correct light color cast and restore the true original color of objects.
1, Different light sources (indoor yellow lights, fluorescent lamps, natural overcast light and ambient lights) all have inherent color cast. White balance can correct yellowish, bluish and reddish tones in the image.
2, Under any ambient light environment, it ensures white paper, white housings and white electronic components are captured without yellow or cold tint. It calibrates the overall image color with white as the reference standard.
3, When shooting circuit boards, metal accessories and product appearances, the presented colors are exactly the same as what the naked eye sees, without color distortion or color cast. It is perfectly suitable for taking photos and recording videos for product display.
