HOW IT WORKS

The card is empty when it arrives. You buy eSIM plans fromany provider you like, then write them onto the card.

ANDROID USERS

1. Put the card in your SIM tray
2. Install the Switch app
3. Scan your provider's eSIM QR code
4. Repeat for up to 15 plans
5. Switch profiles in the app, or from the STK menu

iPHONE USERS — choose one

A) Borrow any Android phone once. Load all your profiles,then move the card to your iPhone. The Android phoneneeds Wi-Fi only, no SIM plan of its own.
B) Use the Switch Bluetooth Card Reader. No Androidphone needed at any point.

Once profiles are loaded, switch them on your iPhone fromSettings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications. No app needed.

Q: Does the Switch Max eSIM adapter work with iPhone?
A: Yes, with one condition. The Switch Max works in any iPhone thathas a SIM tray. You can switch between stored profiles directly onthe iPhone. However, Apple does not permit apps to write eSIMprofiles to a physical SIM card, so profiles must be loaded using anAndroid phone or the Switch Bluetooth Card Reader first.

Q: Which iPhones can't use it?

Q: What happens if a profile download is interrupted?
A: Do not remove the card or power off during a download. Aninterrupted download may waste the profile, and most providers willnot reissue an activation code. ⚠️ CONFIRM whether retry is safe.
