Insufficient Power Symptoms:
• Flashing and flicker
• Limited to L1 mode only
• Failure to start

Critical Notice:
These issues indicate inadequate power supply - NOT product defects.
Refunds requested for such reasons will be rejected..
When using the correct charger, the cooler can achieve extreme cooling at 45W for the initial 3 seconds at L3, then gradually stabilizes at 38W.

Important Warning:
Please note that this device is a phone cooler, not a professional ice maker. Avoid operating the device in an unloaded state for a long time in an attempt to achieve a freezing effect, as it may cause damage to the device or pose a safety hazard.

If the product is flickering, it means that the power supply is insufficient. You need to use a 15V3A plug to supply power and connect it with our charging cable. This is not a quality issue.
