very thick, equivalent to 250-300 mesh. Polishing paste is used for load machine grinding and

polishing high hard material products such as cemented carbide, alloy and high carbon steel.W20 :

coarse, equivalent to 700-800 mesh, suitable for rough polishing of jade or metal with relatively rough surface, with high efficiency (used with wool grinding head).W10 :

thicker, equivalent to 1400-1500 mesh, suitable for rough polishing of jade or metal with relatively rough surface, with higher efficiency (used with wool grinding head).W3.5 :

fine, equivalent to 4000-5000 mesh. Satisfactory results can be achieved when polishing normal jade, jadeite and agate (used with wool grinding head).W2.5 :

fine, equivalent to 7000-8000 mesh, suitable for polishing metal surfaces such as cemented carbide (used with wool grinding head).W1.5 :very fine, equivalent to 10000-12000 mesh. Normal jade, agate, jadeite or cemented carbide can be polished with w3.5 andW2.5 :

and then polished with w1.5 to achieve mirror effect. (used with cloth wheel).W0.5 :

very fine, equivalent to 25000-28000 mesh. Suitable for polishing glasses, optical lenses, magnifying lenses and other high light transmittance objects (used with cloth wheel)

Product features :

Diamond grinding pasteIt is finely prepared from diamond powder and other raw materials. It is an ideal grinding paste for grinding and polishing. It has good lubrication and cooling performance. Among them, diamond particles have high hardness, uniform particle size and good grinding effect.

Standard : Chinese Standard Rough R2 value of machinable surface with micron size and color

Usage :

after dilution, coat it on wool head or soft cowhide grinding head, and then grind and polish the workpiece.

Grinding paste is suitable for grinding and polishing tungsten carbide, hot-rolled steel, precious stones, fine porcelain, stainless steel, potassium, etc., and its effect can reach mirror surface. When using, it is a very economical polishing material as long as the required amount is extruded. The mold is often maintained with diamond paste, which can make demoulding easy and prolong the life of the mold.
