6902 2RS Bearing 15*28*7 mm 6Pcs ABEC-5 C2 Metric Thin Section 61902RS 6902 RS Ball Bearings 6902RS

WHAT IS A THIN SECTION BEARING AND HOW DOES IT REDUCE COST?

Thin Section Ball Bearings were developed for applications where space limitations are of the utmost importance. As the name implies, the difference between the inside and outside diameters of the rings has been minimized or thinned out. Of course this comes at a price by compromising load capacities. However, these bearings can still accommodate a relatively light radial thrust or combined loads.

6700 Series - Metric dimensional series for very limited space applications and very light loads

6800 Series - Metric dimensional series for limited space applications and light loads

63800 Series - A hybrid between the 6800 and 6900 Series with the load capacities of the 6800 series but the width of the 6900 series.

6900 Series - Metric dimensional series for limited space applications and heavier loads

FEATURES & APPLICATION

Small size and light weight

In the most popular type of bearings, the 6000 series, the required space for their installation will be reduced to about 1/3.

Various sealing types

Wide choices are available in mounting methods and lubrication system, for shielded type, non-contact type sealed and contact type sealed bearing are provided.

Low torque

Small cross-sectional area indicate that these bearings require low running torque.

In addition, the 6700 bearing series incorporates particularly low-friction contact seals.

F A Q

1.WHY DO THE BEARINGS I RECEIVE HAVE SHAKING?

The clearance of the bearing is related to the play.
The default is the standard C0 clearance, which is usually 3-18um.
The corresponding principle is shown in the figure below.
If you don't need to shake, please choose C2 small clearance bearing,
If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.

2.WHAT IS THE ACCURACY OF ABEC-5

ABEC is the American ANSI standard.
The corresponding German DIN standard and international ISO standard are as follows:

3.DO YOU PROVIDE LOGISTICS TRACKING INFORMATION?
