Our gears are made of high-quality 40Cr steel raw materials (except for the bevel gear part), which are formed by precise CNC machining. Equipped with professional equipment such as high-precision gear hobbing machine and gear profiler to ensure high-precision manufacturing of gears. The bevel gear part is injection gear, and the center shaft gear is 40Cr steel cutting gear, which is hardened to HRC42-47 through heat treatment process to ensure the durability and hardness of the gear in high-speed operation. Currently, CNC bevel gears and motor gears are being produced to further improve the quality and performance of the products.
