Product Name: SG 15098 demoulding powder

Packing specification: 100g/Bottle

Product Description:

This product is used in the screen printing process of bad screen and discontinued mesh regeneration. It can quickly remove the photosensitive glue, improve the regeneration rate of screen, save the net yarn, and save the cost of making plate. It is also quite convenient to use. After unpacking and adding water to dissolve, it can be used. The film removal is simple and rapid, which greatly shortens the cleaning time of screen plate for operators and saves the labor cost.

The product can be used repeatedly after being dissolved, and the residue can be decomposed automatically without pollution.

Usage method:

1. Dissolve the film-removing powder in tap water, the ratio of powder to water is suggested to be 1:40, that is, 100 grams of powder plus 4 KG of water. (For water ratio, because of the different brand of sensitizing pulp and the different time of screen placement, experiments can be carried out before operation. If 40 times better washing, more water can be added to avoid waste. If 40 times is not easy to wash, you can add more powder, let the concentration higher, in order to achieve the best cleaning effect.)

2. The defilm powder can be dissolved in the pond proportionally. The defilm mesh plate will be put into the pond and soaked for a while. After taking out, please rinse the tap water. It can also be dispensed proportionally in small bottles, and the film-removing liquid can be poured onto sponge or cloth, wiped both sides of the screen plate, and wiped evenly in a circle, so that the photosensitive paste can be removed simply and easily.

3. Rinse the screen plate with clean water after film removal. If there are residues, imprints, ghost shadows, etc., wipe them clean with boiling oil and ghost shadow ointment, then rinse them with clean water. Drying the screen can be used again.

4. In order to achieve better defilm effect, before defilm, please clean the ink on the screen first, such as adhesive paper on the screen yarn, also need to be cleaned, and then defilm. For more questions, please contact us for consultation.
