Zinc Plate Jewelry Gem Polishing Flat Lap Wheel 8" 200mm 12.7 Hole Disc Lapping Polishing Disc Paste Angle Machine

Features:

Jewel throwing disc, oil pan. We use brand new high-quality materials, carefully cast and processed. The polishing disc and oil pan produced have fast polishing speed, good brightness, sharp disc, and are not easy to damage stones.

The new disc needs to be drained of water and rubbed inward with coarse sandpaper (60-80) until no scratches are found. Then, fine sandpaper (240) is used to polish it finely. After repairing the old disc, the same treatment method is used. Polish a small amount of polishing powder with diamond oil to loosen the paste, and continue polishing the disc on 80-150 # sandpaper. The disc needs to maintain a certain humidity, and the polishing powder should be evenly covered on the disc until the surface of the disc is black. Polishing can begin.
